How it works
Freudenberg Sealing Technologies automated the repetitive half of search-term optimization and kept the decision. Every recommendation goes to a marketer, and only approved changes reach Google Ads.
It happens on 23 September in Cologne, together with new research we can't wait to share. If you're at DMEXCO, come and see it for yourself. If you'd rather not wait until DMEXCO, book a demo and we'll give you a sneak preview.

Frequently asked questions
An agent re-decides every step on every run, so it can fail in a new way each time. A workflow follows a fixed, tested procedure and calls on an LLM only at the steps that genuinely need judgment: same input, same behaviour, every run. That is what makes it safe to point at a live ad account.
Pricing is based on the ad accounts you connect, not on how much you use the platform. Running a workflow more often, or adding more of them, does not change what you pay. We go through the specifics in the demo, once it is clear how many accounts are in scope.
Google's automation optimizes toward Google's incentives, inside a black box you cannot inspect or override. pi-automate works on your account with your rules: your naming, brand terms, margins and targets. It shows the data and the rationale behind every proposed change before anything happens.
No. It removes the ops hours: pacing checks, QA, sorting search terms, weekly reporting. Your team spends its time on strategy and review instead. At Freudenberg, 94.3% of recommendations were approved without an edit: people decided, the system executed.
No. Every workflow that changes an account stops at an approval gate. Nothing is pushed to Google Ads or Meta until a person signs it off. You see the proposed change, the data behind it and the reasoning, then approve or veto in one click. Every decision is written to a full change history.
Every change is reviewed before it runs, so a mistake has to get past a person first. Beyond that, workflows operate inside deterministic guardrails: budget caps, scope limits, and a defined set of actions they are allowed to take. Nothing outside those boundaries is ever touched. Every action is logged with its rationale, so you can see exactly what changed, when and why, and correct it in the account.
Your data is not used to train models. Everything is hosted in the EU, scoped to your own account, and covered by a DPA (AVV) that is ready to sign. For selected partners, pi-automate can also be deployed on-premise, inside your own infrastructure, so account data never leaves your environment.
Connecting an ad account takes minutes. No IT project, no migration, no developers. From there it takes about three days for the workflows to tune themselves to your account: your naming conventions, brand terms, margins and targets. Once they run, the time saving is immediate. Account performance typically follows over the first one to three months.
Yes. Custom workflows are scoped as their own development project rather than switched on from the library: we map the process with you, build it, and validate it against your account before it goes near a live campaign. They are quoted separately as a fixed fee. Worth raising early in the conversation, so the scope is agreed before anything is built.
pi-automate is the first product of pi-optimal. Our conviction: agents are the interface, workflows do the work. That's how AI's productivity promise becomes real: reliable, affordable, under your control.
