2. Hosting and Service Providers
We use service providers for operating our website (hosting, content delivery network). We have concluded data processing agreements with these service providers, which oblige them to process personal data exclusively according to our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR).
All data processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
For workflow automation features, we use AI-based services that also process data exclusively within the EU.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing and securely operating our website).
3. Data Collection
Early Access Waitlist
When you register for our Early Access Waitlist, we collect and store the data you provide (name, email, company) to process your request and inform you about early access opportunities.
Contact Form
When you use our contact form, we collect the data you provide to respond to your inquiry.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. Web Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics tool. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not store IP addresses. No consent is required under GDPR.
PostHog (product analytics and masked session replay, consent-based)
With your explicit consent we use PostHog to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, features used, and masked session replay). PostHog is hosted in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com); no data is transferred outside the EU. We disable automatic event capture, do not create profiles for anonymous visitors, tag this site's data separately, mask inputs and page text in session replay, do not record console logs, and do not record request or response bodies. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Stored data is retained according to the project's PostHog retention settings.

Our website uses technically necessary cookies for website functionality. Marketing cookies (e.g., for Google Ads conversion tracking) are only set with your consent via our cookie banner.
